Unical, the future at MCE 2018. 

Unical is the protagonist of an experimental, pioneering and innovative exhibition that presents new projects 

dedicated to the concept of comfort living applied to heating and air conditioning.

The stand set-up identifies the common thread that unites the theme developed by Unical: the future. 

Future applied to design, communication methods and technological products. The concept of the stand goes

beyond the classic display of products, in order to become an experiential space in which stands a seven meter 

high structure depicting the large U of Unical. The letter U is connected to a series of "energy" tubes linked to 

the various architectural elements located in the exhibition space, transporting creativity and innovation. The idea 

is to create a sort of space station, in order to project the visitor into a vaguely surreal and science fiction setting.

The original first 3D catalog of Unical products was created and presented at MCE, a latest generation App

that allows you to view new products on 3D, AR and VR devices.

The new "Uview" App is available on the App Store and Google Play.

For the occasion, an "emotional room" has also been set up where guests can make an immersive VR

journey in Unical's "Future".

After the success of the design boiler OSA, awarded with the Red Dot Design Award 2017 and 

the Compasso D'Oro 2018 award, recently enriched with a new mirror finish in stainless steel supermirror, 

Unical continues its journey into the world of creativity with the precious collaboration of ArtÚ Design Studio, 

creating innovative and futuristic collections: AURÆ, to enrich OSA with light, but it can also 

be conceived alone; MIMO, collections of covers for the external unit of the air conditioners; TUA, the pellet stove 

that becomes a furnishing object; dcor, magnetic ornaments for boilers and more. 

Completely new is also the Garden front for the OSA boiler, a small vertical indoor garden in true moss 

stabilized, composed and finished by hand like a work of art. It doesn't require maintenance 

and is available upon request.

On the stand are also exhibited:

• LAwood 34L (biomass range)

Gasification, wood fired boiler with reversed flame, and optimized control through 

Lambda Modul System

• KONf 400 (professional range)

Floor standing, condensing gas boiler, Low NOx class 5, for Nat. Gas or LPG, 

for indoor /outdoor installation, isolation protection IPX5D

• KONs HP (integrated system)

  Integral system complete with combi wall hung condensing boiler, air-water heat pump and solar thermal. 

For room heating and air conditioning and DHW production, directly connectable to solar panels, 

with a white painted containing cabinet, for built-in or on wall mounting installations.

• air CRISTAL (air conditioning)

Compact air conditioner with the most ecological refrigerant gas R32, wall mounted, heat pump “Inverter” type, 

suitable for installation in all domestic spaces and offices. Energy saving class A++.

• BAHR’12 (industrial range)

With this high pressure steam generator, Unical is becoming stronger and more reliable with its 

quality boilers also in the industrial sector. It is a high-pressure steam boiler, three pass reversed flame, 

smooth pipes with turbulators. Models range with steam production from 300 to 6000 kg/h.

In the end, the protagonist of the stand, MODULEX GOLD EDITION, state-of-the-art heat generator in prototyping phase presented exclusively for the MCE 2018 public, dedicated to the professional sector.

Brand new is also the gold livery, a color that in the collective imagination is associated not only with a precious object of high value, but today, more than ever, with respect to quality and great technology. It also identifies a step forward in technological experimentation applied to the development of the Modulex boiler, already top of the range in its category, a unique project with great technical innovation already protected by patent.
